What is the difference between Starbox AI and general-purpose AI tools?

Generic AI tools don't understand your business. Starbox first organizes your products, customers, brand guidelines, and practical experience into a dedicated knowledge base, then customizes marketing AI agents for your business. As a result, generated content and recommendations are grounded in your actual facts and remain consistently reliable.

Which product should I start with?

Choose based on the problem you need to solve right now: If you want your team to build AI tools, choose Starbox Academy cohort 19. If you want AI to recommend your brand to buyers, choose Starbox GEO—you can start with a free AI visibility audit. If you lack marketing content, choose the New Media Content Factory. If you want your team to access AI directly via WeChat, choose Starbox Starbox!. If you want to clarify strategy and ROI before making a major investment, choose AI consulting. If you need systematic, deep customization with on-site deployment, choose Enterprise AI Implementation (FDE). Pricing is customized based on each enterprise's industry, target market, and required combination of AI agents. Please book a consultation; we will review your specific situation before providing a proposal.

Which companies has Starbox AI served?

Starbox has served over 500 companies across consulting, education, legal services, apparel, agency operations, home appliances, consumer goods, manufacturing, and other sectors. Authorized client case studies will be released progressively on our Client Cases page.

What kind of company is Starbox AI?

Starbox AI was founded on January 18, 2021, by Wang Pengyou, evolving from communities, education, and the Starbox Alliance into AI. Backed by 15 years of marketing service experience across more than 500 enterprises, the team fully transitioned to AI in 2024, packaging practitioner-level marketing expertise into AI agents delivered to businesses. Our slogan is "Starbox AI: Focused on Enterprise Growth."

Are Starbox GEO and the New Media Content Factory the same thing?

No, they are two independent systems. Starbox GEO is a fully automated AI search optimization system designed to get AI engines like Doubao, DeepSeek, and ChatGPT to actively recommend your brand when prospective buyers ask questions. The New Media Content Factory is an automated content generation system built to solve marketing content shortages and inconsistent production. You can use either one or both together.

Why should enterprises start with marketing when adopting AI?

Marketing feels the pain most acutely, results are quantifiable, the learning curve is low, and best practices are easily replicated. Metrics like content output, lead volume, and AI recommendation rates can be directly compared, making it easiest to deliver visible results here first before expanding to customer service, merchant acquisition, administration, and other departments.

We don't have a technical team. Can we still use Starbox products?

Yes. Starbox products are deployed, delivered, and supported by Starbox, so enterprises do not need internal development. On the employee side, all that is needed is WeChat: a single message to "Starbox Starbox!" triggers the agent. Starbox GEO and New Media Content Factory run automatically, leaving your team only to review.

Is enterprise data safe with Starbox?

Starbox products run on each enterprise's own knowledge base. Starbox Starbox! is deployed on the company's own servers, with documents managed across three permission levels: public, private, and sensitive. Starbox GEO and New Media Content Factory only use brand materials confirmed by the enterprise, sourcing all factual content strictly from the knowledge base without fabrication.

What is the free AI visibility audit?

A report showing clearly how AI currently describes you. Starbox offers three free audits: Official Website GEO Audit, China AI Visibility Audit, and Global AI Visibility Audit. After submission, a consultant will confirm details with you, run the audit, and review the report together.

Who is Xiaohe? What can Xiaohe help me with?

Xiaohe is the AI advisor on the Starbox website. Xiaohe can answer questions about Starbox products, services, case studies, and partnership models, and can recommend the right product for your industry. Xiaohe's answers are AI-generated and for reference only; final proposals are confirmed through direct discussion with our consultants.

What regions does Starbox AI serve?

Starbox headquarters handles the delivery, service, and after-sales support for all technical products, serving enterprises nationwide. GEO Global edition serves cross-border and global businesses. In addition, city node partners across regions manage local business discussions and day-to-day customer success operations.

How do we start working with Starbox?

Three ways are available: ask Xiaohe directly on the homepage, apply for a free AI visibility audit, or leave your contact details and requirements on the Book a Demo page. A consultant will reach out to understand your situation before proposing a solution.

Starbox GEO

How long does it take to see results with GEO?

Starbox GEO re-tests every 30 days using the same fixed question set, showing changes in your AI visibility index and individual metrics with each round. The exact timeline for results depends on industry competition and your existing content foundation; our consultants provide an estimate after the initial audit.

If it is fully automated, what does our team still need to do?

You only need to review. Diagnosis, topic selection, copywriting, image pairing, publishing, and re-testing run automatically on schedule. Each draft enters the review queue first, where you can approve, request a rewrite, or download it. Drafts are automatically approved if the review window expires.

Can we run GEO if our business operates in only one city?

Yes, as a local project. Author profiles in local projects include the city name in every release, so AI associates your brand with that city when users ask "city + problem".

We only have an official website and no overseas social media presence. Can we still use the Global edition?

Yes. This is precisely where most Chinese globalizing enterprises begin. It starts with website AI readability, structured data, and content assets, then systematically expands brand mentions across third-party platforms and industry media.

What is the difference between the China and Global editions of GEO?

The China edition covers domestic AI engines including Doubao, DeepSeek, Tencent Yuanbao, and Tongyi Qianwen, using Doubao with live web search for diagnostics. The Global edition targets international AI engines such as ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, using Gemini plus Google Search for diagnostics, with content written in the target market's language.

What do we need to provide to implement GEO?

Brand and product materials, target audiences, target markets, and primary competitors. Starbox uses these to build your brand knowledge base, ensuring all factual claims in generated content draw strictly from this source.

What is GEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the methodology for getting your brand and content retrieved, trusted, and cited in AI engine answers. As more buyers ask AI directly "which one is best" and "how to choose," GEO determines whether your brand appears in those answers.

Who publishes GEO content?

Brand voice content is published by the brand's own accounts. Third-party voice content takes an external perspective and is recommended for publication via third-party accounts. The workbench supports review, download, copying, and publishing, with automatic publishing log synchronization.

What is the AI Visibility Index?

A composite metric that measures whether AI "sees you" when answering buyer questions. Based on a fixed set of prompts, the system checks question by question whether your brand is mentioned, how it ranks, who replaces it, and whether any facts are misrepresented. These are compiled into an overall score, with each re-test compared to the previous round.

What is the difference between GEO and traditional SEO?

SEO aims to rank web pages in search results. GEO aims to get your brand cited in AI-generated answers. Because AI synthesizes multiple sources to form conclusions, GEO prioritizes whether AI can read, trust, and quote your content, as well as whether verifiable brand mentions exist across third-party platforms.

What stages are included in the Starbox GEO automated loop?

Six stages: automated audit, automated topic selection, automated drafting, automated image pairing, automated publishing, and regular automated re-testing. Re-test results drive the next round of topics in a continuous loop, while your team only needs to review.

What is the relationship between Starbox GEO and the New Media Content Factory?

They are two independent systems. Starbox GEO focuses exclusively on AI search optimization, generating content around diagnosed visibility gaps to earn AI recommendations. The New Media Content Factory focuses on new media content to resolve marketing content shortages. They can be used separately or together.

GEO China edition

Which AI engines does the China edition cover?

Major Chinese AI engines including Doubao, DeepSeek, Tencent Yuanbao, Tongyi Qianwen (Qwen), and ERNIE Bot.

Can we run GEO if our business operates in only one city?

Yes, as a local project. Author profiles in local projects include the city name in every release, so AI associates your brand with that city when users search "city + problem".

Can you work with sensitive industries like healthcare and finance?

Yes, it can produce educational content. For projects in sensitive industries, author profiles and account bios focus strictly on educational information, omitting terms related to diagnosis, efficacy, or returns. The platform enforces checks during generation, selection, and archiving.

How does the China edition run diagnostics?

Using a standardized set of diagnostic prompts, it queries Doubao with web search enabled to determine whether the brand is mentioned, its ranking, which competitors replace it, and whether brand facts are accurate, while compiling the sources cited by the AI.

Which platforms does content from the China edition get published to?

Content is prioritized for publishing on platforms most frequently cited by AI in our diagnostic, typically including Zhihu, Xiaohongshu (RED), Toutiao, Baijiahao, Sohu, and others. Published links are automatically logged back into the dashboard reports.

How does the approach differ between nationwide and local businesses?

Nationwide projects focus on category and comparison queries like "which brand is best" and "how to choose." Local projects focus on "city + problem" queries, including city names in author profiles so AI associates your brand with the location.

How many diagnostic prompts are in the China edition?

The sample project uses a fixed set of 125 prompts, covering the buyer's decision-making journey across categories like category awareness, comparison, trust, product fit, and transaction/after-sales. The exact number of prompts depends on the industry and project scope, and remains fixed once the formal audit is completed to enable consistent round-over-round benchmarking.

Can we get a free diagnosis before deciding?

Yes. Request a China AI visibility diagnosis. We run a set of test queries on Doubao with live web search to see if your brand is mentioned, how it ranks, and which competitors are recommended instead. A consultant walks through the report with you.

How often does the China edition re-test?

Every 30 days, the same prompt set is automatically retested. Reports are generated in the workspace, comparing results prompt by prompt against the previous round.

What materials do we need to provide for the China edition?

Brand and product materials, target audiences, city or coverage regions, and primary competitors. Starbox uses these to build your brand knowledge base, ensuring all factual claims in generated content draw strictly from this source.

GEO Global edition

Which companies is the Global edition suitable for?

Cross-border B2B manufacturers, DTC consumer brands, and SaaS companies—businesses whose overseas buyers research suppliers using tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.

What languages is the content written in?

Content is written in the language buyers in target markets actually search with, typically English; text within images also appears exclusively in the target language.

We only have an official website and no overseas social media presence. Can we still do this?

Yes. This is precisely where most Chinese globalizing enterprises begin. Starbox starts with website AI readability, structured data, and content assets, then systematically expands brand mentions across third-party platforms and industry media.

Which AI engines does the Global edition cover?

Engines frequently used by global buyers, including ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.

How does the Global edition conduct audits?

Prompted in the target market's language via Gemini with Google Search, it assesses prompt by prompt whether the brand is mentioned, where it ranks, who replaced it, and tracks the sources cited by the AI.

Why do global AI models rarely recommend Chinese brands?

Global AI engines are typically more cautious with Chinese brands, creating a "trust discount." In addition, many companies rely only on an official website and lack a third-party content footprint. The Global edition rebuilds this trust through verifiable third-party content and industry media mentions.

Where is content published for the Global edition?

Reddit, YouTube, industry media, official blogs, and other sources frequently cited by international AI engines, prioritized based on audit findings.

What changes do we need to make to our website?

Allow AI crawlers, implement structured data, and organize product and credential pages so AI can understand and cite them. You can start by requesting a free website GEO audit to view scores and improvement recommendations across five dimensions.

Is the content machine-translated?

No. Content is written directly in the phrasing used by buyers in your target market, and on-image text is also in the target language, avoiding the unnatural tone of machine translation.

Can I get a free audit for the Global edition first?

Yes. Request a global AI visibility diagnosis. We query ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI in your target market's language to see how they answer prospective buyers. A consultant walks through the report with you.

GEO Process

Where do the audit prompts come from?

Organized around real questions target buyers ask at different decision stages, covering categories, comparisons, trust, product fit, and transactions/after-sales. These remain fixed after the initial formal audit.

What happens after a re-test?

Once the re-test finishes, the platform compares the index and key metrics against the previous round and automatically updates your GEO topic list: used prompts are marked, unused prompts carry forward, prompts that remain effective are lightly rewritten, and new prompts are added.

Does our team need to review the content?

Yes. Each generated draft enters a review queue where you can approve, reject with feedback, or download it. Drafts pending review for over 48 hours are automatically approved.

How are topics determined?

Once the audit is complete, the system automatically generates topics: identifying the most frequently cited sources in AI answers, which types of questions lack your presence most, and which facts are misrepresented. Topics directly target these gaps and are sorted by category and buyer decision stage.

Who writes the content?

Five types of writing AI agents generate content daily based on selected topics: short image-text posts, product seeding, brand long-form articles, in-depth knowledge pieces, and third-party fact-checked long-form content. Facts are sourced only from the brand knowledge base, formatted specifically for AI citation: leading with conclusions, using full official names, and keeping facts verifiable.

How are images handled?

Each finished article is automatically paired with 2–3 images generated according to the content and target distribution platform. The AI agent determines the number of images required, with no designer intervention needed.

What do brand voice and third-party voice mean?

Brand voice refers to the brand speaking for itself, published via brand accounts with clean body copy and separate author bios. Third-party voice takes an outside perspective, recommended for publication via third-party accounts, with the brand name and one verifiable brand fact naturally woven into the body copy. Running both tracks in parallel makes AI more likely to trust the information.

How do I view publishing records?

Published links are automatically logged in the publishing report on the dashboard. You can filter by platform or publisher and export with one click, so there is no need to compile data manually for reporting.

How do I evaluate whether GEO is working?

Review round-over-round benchmark data on the same prompt set: AI Visibility Index, core prompt mention rate, top recommendation rate, unprompted brand mention rate, brand factual accuracy rate, red-flag prompt count, and more, compared item by item with the previous round.

How much internal staffing does the company need to commit throughout the process?

Usually, only one team member is needed to review. Auditing, topic selection, copywriting, image pairing, publishing, and re-testing are all executed automatically on schedule. If a piece exceeds the review time limit, it is automatically approved to avoid blocking the workflow.

New Media Content Factory

What is the difference between New Media Content Factory and writing directly with AI?

Writing directly with AI requires you to come up with topics every time, produces inconsistent results, and lacks an understanding of your brand. New Media Content Factory starts by building a brand knowledge base, then automatically pulls topics from an extensive topic library across four dimensions. These are handed off to drafting AI agents across nine dimensions covering brand voice, third-party voice, and word of mouth, following a fixed five-step pipeline. Factual claims are sourced strictly from the knowledge base, ensuring output that is consistent, compliant, and non-repetitive.

What types of content can New Media Content Factory produce?

Nine dimensions: brand voice (brand product seeding and Moments posts, brand spoken videos and industry primers, brand long-form articles and in-depth knowledge pieces), third-party voice (influencer seeding, influencer videos, expert visits), and word of mouth (organic user posts, customer case study videos, case stories), covering platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Official Accounts, Douyin, WeChat Channels, Moments, and Zhihu.

Where do topics come from? Will content repeat itself?

The topic library is generated by combining product selling points, target audiences, use cases, and emotional hooks from your brand knowledge base—producing thousands of topics that continuously expand. Topics are pulled daily through four modes: sequential, random, trending, and product-focused. Used topics are automatically tagged so the same angle is never repeated.

Do we need to redevelop everything if we switch to a different brand?

No. General rules, AI agents, and tone samples are fully reusable. Switching brands only requires updating the brand knowledge base D01–D06.

What problem does New Media Content Factory solve?

The problem of enterprise marketing content shortages and inconsistent output: with so many platforms and high publishing frequencies, human writers cannot keep up; relying on inspiration leads to creative burnout; and employee turnover drains brand tone and accumulated experience. The New Media Content Factory turns content creation into an automated pipeline, leaving your team to simply review and approve.

When should each of the four topic-generation methods be used?

Sequential mode is ideal for daily high-volume output, ensuring complete, thorough coverage without omissions; random mode helps maintain variety, delivering fresh angles even for the same product; trending mode taps into current buzz by automatically matching daily holidays, solar terms, and trending topics on platforms; product-focused mode suits new product launches and flagship lines that require concentrated content releases.

What do brand voice, third-party voice, and word of mouth mean?

Three distinct voices based on 'who is speaking': brand voice represents the brand owner and core team to build brand awareness; third-party voice comes from influencers and outside experts to build trust from an external perspective; word of mouth features everyday consumers and actual customers sharing reviews and case studies. Multiplying these three voices across three formats—short graphic posts, video scripts, and long-form articles—creates nine distinct content dimensions.

What materials do we need to prepare for the brand knowledge base?

Six categories: D01 Product Arsenal, D02 Target Audience and Scenario Library, D03 Writing Rules, D04 Brand-Specific Constraints, D05 IP Story Library, and D06 Enterprise Knowledge Base. Starbox works with you to compile them; you only need to provide product information, customer profiles, and existing top-performing content.

How much content can be produced each day?

Production volume is configured based on your platform needs and publishing frequency. An example brand produces around 36 pieces per day consistently, covering Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Official Accounts, Douyin, WeChat Channels, Moments, and other platforms (illustrative data).

How do you ensure content quality and compliance?

Facts are drawn strictly from your brand knowledge base with zero hallucination. Every piece follows a five-step process: anchoring the audience, developing scenarios, generating drafts, polishing and compliance checking, and final output with imagery. During polishing, every draft is scanned for advertising law superlatives, brand-restricted terms, competitor mentions, and pricing constraints before human review.

Does our team need to review the content?

Yes. Completed drafts enter a review queue where you can approve, reject with feedback, or download them. Items left unreviewed for over 48 hours are automatically approved. Feedback from rejected drafts is incorporated into subsequent writing.

What kind of content can be generated from photos?

An employee takes a product photo, and the AI identifies the style, fabric, and selling points, determines the ideal audience and topics, and generates titles and copy for Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, WeChat Channels, and more. Using that photo as a reference, it generates cover images, lifestyle scenes, and detail shots showing the actual product. The same photo can also generate WeChat Moments posts, spoken video scripts, WeChat official account articles, and e-commerce product detail pages.

What is the tone library? Can we use our own brand tone?

The tone library is New Media Content Factory's built-in repository of viral frameworks and writing styles, featuring 895 spoken-script tones, over a thousand viral graphic-text frameworks, and more than 35,000 style samples. When drafting content, you can apply any style to match your account's positioning: spoken scripts emulate distinct personal voices, while graphic posts follow proven structural formulas. Top-performing content from your own accounts can also be organized into your knowledge base as proprietary tone samples.

What is the difference between New Media Content Factory and Starbox GEO?

They are two separate systems. New Media Content Factory solves social media content shortages for daily operations across Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat Official Accounts, short videos, and other platforms. Starbox GEO focuses specifically on AI search optimization, aiming to get AI to recommend your brand when buyers ask questions.

Starbox AI Website

How does the Starbox AI Website relate to the AI website included in Starbox Starbox!?

They share the same core capabilities. The Full and Consultant editions of Starbox Starbox! include a dedicated AI website that shares a knowledge base with the company brain. The Starbox AI website is a standalone product with a knowledge base deployed independently alongside the site. Simply choose whichever fits your needs.

Will the AI advisor provide inaccurate information?

It answers strictly based on the enterprise knowledge base. High-frequency questions use approved standard answers, while inquiries regarding pricing, contracts, or performance guarantees are routed directly to human staff. Every conversation turn is logged and auditable in the backend.

Can you guarantee being recommended or ranked number one in AI search?

We do not guarantee rankings. The Starbox AI website improves visitor handling, content updates, and indexing efficiency, making it easier for search engines and AI to read your business information. Recommendations, indexation volume, and rankings are determined by each platform.

Who oversees the quality of automatically generated articles?

It only writes on topics relevant to your business. All facts must have verified sources, and content passes forbidden-word checks and fact-checking before publishing. Columns, writing styles, and forbidden words can all be customized in the backend.

Who owns the website and data?

They belong to your enterprise. The website is deployed on your own cloud account, and the domain name and ICP filing are registered under your business entity. Cloud resources and model usage fees are paid directly to the providers. If technical service renewals end, your website remains operational as is, while updates, upgrades, and support will cease.

Starbox Starbox!

What is Starbox Starbox!?

Starbox Starbox! is an all-in-one enterprise AI marketing agent deployed on your own servers. It delivers three core advantages: First, low barrier to entry—employees simply say "Starbox Starbox!..." in WeChat to call it, with no need to learn prompt engineering or agent building. Second, a shared company-wide brain—every output is stored in the company knowledge base and organized by AI into source-attributed customer, employee, and company wikis; knowledge stays even when staff leave, backed by the security of private deployment. Third, a Cockpit for full visibility—team activity, customer progress, and AI workload are clearly visible at a glance.

Do employees need to learn prompt engineering?

No. Employees state their need in a single sentence just like delegating to a coworker. The system automatically identifies the task type and pairs it with the right skills and company resources. Most employees are up and running on day one.

Where is data stored, and how is security guaranteed?

The system is deployed on the enterprise's own servers, with data isolated by tenant. Materials are categorized into three permission tiers—public, private, and sensitive—and knowledge bases and prompts remain invisible to regular staff. Archival and editing actions are logged by login identity on the server, and the AI has no deletion permissions.

What is the difference between Starbox Starbox! and Enterprise AI Implementation (FDE)?

Starbox Starbox! is a standardized product ready for immediate use upon deployment. Enterprise AI Implementation (FDE) is a dedicated on-site service where an on-site team streamlines workflows, builds proprietary AI agents, and trains your company's own AI operations officers. Both can be purchased separately or used together.

What can Starbox Starbox! do?

Project tracking and logging, quotes and contracts, customer follow-up and scripts, IP interviews and persona building, poster and detail page design, e-commerce assets, short-form video scripts and complete investment proposals, GEO audits, scheduled reports, meeting minutes, and more—with capabilities continuously expanding.

What is the wake phrase? How do we access it?

The wake phrase is "Starbox Starbox!"—said twice, just like other voice assistants. Employees simply add "Starbox AI" as a contact on WeChat and message "Starbox Starbox! ..." just like chatting with a colleague to access all capabilities, without installing any new software.

Why use WeChat as the entry point?

WeChat is a tool employees already use every day, offering the lowest barrier to adoption. Chatting directly with Starbox AI is just like talking to a colleague—no need to learn prompt engineering, figure out AI agents, or open another system.

What is a company-wide shared brain?

Every task an employee runs through AI and every file they upload is centralized into the company knowledge base. AI organizes this into three sourced wikis: clients, employees, and company. When a new team member takes over an account, a single prompt pulls up all prior history, ensuring information stays with the company when staff leave.

What data can you see in the Cockpit?

Recent team activity, AI output, client and contract progress, real-time updates, and more. You can toggle between "Company-wide" and "My" views, giving managers complete oversight on a single screen.

Can it summarize DingTalk meeting notes?

Yes. After a meeting, simply say in WeChat, "Starbox Starbox! Summarize the recent DingTalk meeting notes." The system calls DingTalk APIs to read the AI transcription (read-only), extracts conclusions, action items, and risks, automatically files them under the relevant project based on clients mentioned, and asks whether to dispatch action items to relevant team members.

How long does deployment take, and how quickly can employees get started?

Deployment is handled by Starbox, with the timeline depending on company size and customization scope. On the employee side, team members only need to add Starbox AI as a contact on WeChat, and most can get started on day one.

What AI agents can be installed on Starbox Starbox!?

Hundreds of agents, categorized by content creation, channel recruitment and sales, visual design, interviews and IP, GEO, and projects and office work. Examples include the Top 10 Private-Traffic Moments Content, Channel Recruitment Master (recruitment brochures, conference proposals, complete speech scripts), Global GEO 8-Piece Suite, Golden-Quote Video Scripts, E-Commerce Product Detail Pages, and Founder IP Interviews. Agents are centrally developed by headquarters, installed on demand, and updated automatically. Employees still trigger them with a single phrase in WeChat.

Will data be taken away when an employee leaves?

No. Data is stored on the enterprise's own servers and belongs to the company. Full audit logs track who saved or modified what. Admin account deactivation takes effect immediately.

AI Advisory

Who is on the AI Advisory team?

Four consultants: Wang Pengyou (AI marketing tech specialist, Starbox AI founder, 15 years specializing in marketing, started in brand services, founded the 10,000-member Starbox community in 2021, incubated over 300 new media companies, leading Starbox's transition to AI-native services since September 2024); Wang Yadong (AI marketing consultant, COO of Starbox AI Native Services, 15 years of hands-on marketing experience); Bao Jizhen (AI operational implementation consultant, former DingTalk AI assistant product lead, guest lecturer for Zhejiang University EDP); Tang Linhong (AI commercialization evangelist, founder and CEO of Zichi, veteran in the Alibaba B2B ecosystem). Each client is assigned 1 lead consultant who coordinates, while other members step in based on the topic.

How is AI Advisory priced, and what does it include?

Quarterly advisory: ¥100,000 (3 months). Includes an AI maturity audit and quarterly rollout roadmap, 3 monthly marketing advisory sessions and 3 monthly AI implementation advisory sessions, 1 quarterly review with GEO and website audits, and a dedicated advisory group. Annual advisory: ¥300,000 (12 months). Includes an annual marketing plan and annual AI rollout roadmap, 12 monthly sessions for each stream, 4 quarterly reviews and audits, training for 1–2 internal AI specialists, and a 20% discount on future AI agent development—saving ¥100,000 compared to renewing quarterly four times. Payment is due in full upon signing; if you upgrade to the annual plan during a quarter, the quarterly fee already paid applies fully toward the annual fee.

What is not included in AI Advisory?

Consultants provide only strategic direction, methodologies, and decision-making recommendations. This does not include AI agent development and deployment, GEO content publishing and operations, ad spend, cloud resources, or other third-party costs, nor does it include on-site implementation. When execution is required, you can separately choose Starbox implementation services or enterprise AI implementation (FDE). Consultants do not promise "guaranteed AI recommendations", search rankings, or specific conversion figures; they only commit to delivering authentic, verifiable process data.

What is the difference between AI Advisory and Enterprise AI Deployment (FDE)?

AI Advisory provides a team of four advisors who give the business leader strategic direction, methodologies, and decision support, while execution is handled by the client's internal team (CNY 100,000 per quarter, CNY 300,000 per year). Enterprise AI Deployment (FDE) embeds an on-site team within the company, starting in one department and expanding AI across the entire organization over 12 months, taking full ownership of deployment outcomes (CNY 2,000,000 annual contract). You can start with advisory to set the direction before deciding whether to move forward with FDE.

Enterprise AI implementation (FDE)

What does FDE mean?

FDE stands for Forward Deployed Engineer, a model pioneered by Palantir in the 2010s: engineers are deployed directly on-site with clients to solve problems end-to-end until systems are fully operational. It is not sales, consulting, IT implementation, or outsourcing; it delivers working business operations.

How does Starbox FDE differ from traditional FDE?

Traditional FDE is engineer-led, primarily serves large enterprises with mature data infrastructure, and requires clients to articulate their own technical requirements. Starbox FDE builds on technical engineering with 15 years of B2B experience across consulting, marketing, outsourcing, and training, backed by insights from serving over 500 enterprises: we diagnose your business and map your processes before building AI agents, structuring the requirements even when you cannot fully articulate them.

What exactly does enterprise AI implementation (FDE) do?

Six steps: enterprise audit and mapping, in-depth requirement discovery, end-to-end SOP optimization, agentifying repetitive tasks, department-level AI adoption, and using proven methods to minimize trial and error. Stage one typically starts with marketing, expanding department by department each quarter across the entire company.

Why start with the marketing department?

Marketing feels the pain most acutely, results are quantifiable, the learning curve is low, and best practices are easily replicated, making it easiest to deliver results first. Starbox uses the DDABC full-funnel marketing model (Positioning, Discovery, Trust, Conversion, Retention) to fully validate the workflow in marketing before rolling it out to operations, customer service, and back-office functions.

What will your enterprise retain after one year?

Eight proprietary enterprise assets: the platform foundation, enterprise knowledge base, process and SOP systems, role capability distillation, custom workplace AI agent matrix, DDABC full-funnel marketing tailored to your industry, your team's operational AI capabilities, and industry-benchmark solutions built through year-round coaching.

Does the FDE team do the work for client employees?

No. FDE consultants orchestrate, supervise, and provide hands-on coaching without doing the employees' daily work for them. Success means that once Starbox steps back, your own team continues working efficiently with AI, rather than relying indefinitely on external staff.

How does an engagement begin?

Five steps: initial alignment to confirm direction; developing an implementation plan and deploying the first AI agents in a single department (about 15–30 days); roadshow and internal rollout guidance; fine-tuning in real-world workflows for about 1 month; and finalizing an annual agreement after the trial period. An initial intent deposit is paid at kickoff and fully credited toward the annual contract upon signing.

What types of companies are suitable for FDE?

Enterprises that already recognize the value of AI, want systematic rollout, and require deep customization tailored to their specific workflows. If you only need standard products, you can directly use Starbox GEO, the New Media Content Factory, or Starbox Starbox!.

How is enterprise AI implementation (FDE) priced?

Annual master agreement: ¥2,000,000 for 12 months, paid in four quarterly installments. Includes FDE on-site consulting, the Starbox platform, knowledge base setup, workflow mapping and SOP optimization, R&D and deployment of the first batch of departmental AI agents, team training, platform content production usage, and ongoing customer success support. A ¥50,000 deposit is required at kickoff: fully credited toward the agreement fee if signed; if not signed, converted into the fee for upfront planning and initial agent deployment, non-refundable.
